Florida’s ban on gay marriage has been ruled unconstitutional, according to the Miami Herald. This is the third time in a little over two weeks this has occurred.

Of course the decision will be appealed by the state. This would allow couples who entered into civil unions to file for divorce. Heather Brassner entered into a civil union in 2002 before gay couples were legally allowed to marry in Vermont.
